The reservation is fully refundable. To initiate the return process, please email contact@kitchenautomatique.com. The return of the T-shirt is necessary for the refund. Refunds may take up to 3 weeks to process and appear in your account. Our terms and condition may apply.

Our current reservation is open to customers in Northern America, Europe, and Oceania. 110v units for the US and Canada will be prioritized initially, with 220v units following in Q2 2025. Please, stay tuned for availability updates on other regions!

Delivery will follow the sequence: Tier I, Tier II, Tier III, and subsequent orders post-launch on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority shipping isn't assured, as delays may arise due to regulatory approvals and customs inspections in certain regions.
