If you are not completely satisfied with your Vision Infinity purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the below conditions. This policy applies to any and all products sold via kitchenautomatique.com. Return policies from any external (authorized or unauthorized) online or retail stores will not be accepted. The following conditions will apply to all products except those marked as “non-refundable” on your order:

If you return a product that is missing accessories or other bundled items that were shipped with the product, the retail price of those items will be deducted from your refund.

Return Method and Timing
Your refund will be processed after the item has been received by us and we have assessed the item’s condition.
