If you cancel your pre-order before notification of shipment (around two weeks before actual shipment), you will receive a full refund within six weeks. After receiving your order, there are different return/refund policies. Please see the Terms and Conditions for more details.

We start shipping the first early access program units in Dec 2025 -Jan 2026.

Delivery will be fulfilled in this order:

1. Tiers I-III: Our earliest supporters (if pre-ordered) from 2024 & early 2025 get top priority.

2. All others are shipped on a first-come, first-served basis.

Note: Priority shipping is not guaranteed and may be subject to delays from regulatory approvals and customs inspections.

We accept product returns for a refund within 15 days (Terms and Conditions apply, see details in the Terms and Conditions)

The reservation is refundable (credit card fees apply). To initiate the return process, please email contact@kitchenautomatique.com. The return of the T-shirt is necessary for the refund. Refunds may take up to 3 weeks to process and appear in your account. Our terms and condition may apply.

Reservation
A reservation was a $59 deposit available in 2024 and early 2025. This offer secured a discount for early supporters who later pre-ordered the product.


Pre-order
Beginning September 30, 2025, customers can pre-order by paying in full. Those who made a reservation will pay their remaining balance. All pre-orders include access to the exclusive Founders' Circle of Pioneers. This period ends when shipping of the first mass-produced units begins.


Order
An order is a standard purchase made after the pre-order period has ended. Orders do not include any special perks.
